The 5th International Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science (TOCS2024) will be held in Sanya, China during December 5-7, 2024. TOCS2024 will bring together researchers and scientists from telecommunications, optics, computer science and other related fields to discuss problems and solutions in the area, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions for research. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Call for Papers

TOCS2024 invites the submissions of original and significant research papers to be published in the conference proceedings. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of two independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of accepted papers. Accepted papers will be presented as either oral or poster at the conference.

Review Policy

The review process of TOCS2024 is double-blind. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of two independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of each accepted submission. The technical program committee will perform a shrinking process for the submitted papers about the scope and tracks of the conference prior to the review process. TOCS2024 guarantees that the entire peer review and publication process is meticulous and objective. Furthermore, all works not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is revealed at any time even after the publication.

Review Criteria

Reviewers evaluate the submitted papers based on the following criteria:

- Originality of the paper

- Theoretical contribution

- Innovation of the paper

- Accuracy of the method

- Discussion of the results

- Paper presentation and clarity

- Literature reviews of the related works

- Follows appropriate ethical guidelines

Acceptance of the Manuscript

Reviewers will send the suggestions/comments to the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article.
